For Faculty:
What did you do that you
think was successful? Why did it work?
What did you do that you
thought had the greatest payoff in terms of your
work compared to the effort it took?
What did you do that was
not as successful as you would have thought? Why
didn't it work? Could it have worked if you put
more effort into the project? Was support or
infrastructure limiting your effectiveness?
What were your failures?
Was it your fault, technology support,
infrastructure or systematic (i.e. no fault).
For Support staff:
Were you successful in
delivering support to the courses? What did you
do and how do you know that you were successful
What did you have trouble
supporting? Why was it difficult?
What was almost impossible
to support?
For Directors:
Where do you think the
information technology infrastructure of the
university has had the most effect on student
learning outcomes? Why? Do you have any evidence
for this?
Where do you think
technology support has had the most positive and
negative effects (due to lack of support) in
teaching/learning activities?
How is the budget
allocated between new equipment (including
installation), support ?
